Analog Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADI) announced that it has reached an agreement with TSMC, a leading global dedicated semiconductor foundry, to provide long-term chip capacity supply from TSMC's controlling manufacturing subsidiary in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, Japan, Japan, Japan's Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Company ("JASM").

Based on the more than 30 year cooperative relationship between ADI and TSMC, this agreement provides more options for ADI to expand the production capacity of advanced process nodes to better meet the needs of key platforms in ADI's business, including wireless BMS (wBMS) and gigabit multimedia serial link (GMSL) applications. The joint efforts of both parties have further consolidated ADI's robust hybrid manufacturing network, which helps to reduce external factors, rapidly expand production capacity and scale, and meet customer needs.
