The power management solution released this time includes RAA225019 PMIC, RAA489301 high-efficiency pre regulator, and ISL9241 battery charger. The RAA225019 PMIC is highly configurable for Lunar Lake applications and is equipped with fully integrated power MOSFETs and current sensing circuits. It supports high switching frequencies, making it ideal for small-sized applications without sacrificing efficiency.

The RAA489301 pre regulator is a 3-level buck converter designed to provide an optimized supply voltage range for the RAA225019 PMIC.
