Beijing, China, September 19, 2024- Qorvo (NASDAQ: QRVO), a leading global provider of connectivity and power solutions, announced today the launch of its first 24V power multiplier amplifier, QPA3390, for DOCSIS 4.0 broadband and cable television (CATV). This new 1.8GHz surface mount module brings excellent efficiency and performance, and is 30-40% smaller in size than traditional hybrid solutions, making it ideal for space constrained applications.

Thanks to advanced GaAs pHEMT and GaN HEMT technologies, the QPA3390 released this time provides a gain of 23dB at a frequency of 1794MHz and has excellent linearity. It has excellent return loss performance, low noise, and can achieve the optimal balance between radio frequency (RF) output and DC power consumption by adjusting the DC current, making it an ideal choice for high-performance broadband networks. QPA3390 adopts a compact 9mm × 8mm multi chip module (MCM) package, integrating Qorvo's advanced GaN technology to ensure optimal reliability and low noise. This innovative amplifier, as the first 24V solution launched in the market, provides a total composite power of 73dBmV at 11.5W, making it an excellent choice for low-power applications.
